Ironically, they are the pioneers. They are the creators. They are the first in their family to do it. Others look at them and see confidence, inspiration, and hope.
But, unfortunately, they don’t see it in themselves.

InHerWork - Small Group Program
Participants will unpack, unlearn, and overcome self-doubt and self-sabotage with an intentional focus on healing the inner child and reclaiming confidence. At the same time, participants will work to organize and make leaps toward completing a creative or entrepreneurial endeavor that lights their fire and reroutes the direction of their lives.
InHerWork is a personal development and holistic goal achievement program for Black women with creative energy who want accountability and holistic support as they work to bring a creative project or entrepreneurial pursuit to life.

I'm every woman, but it took me a long time to realize that it was all in me.
I spent years living in the shadows of other people's dreams, doubting my ideas, overthinking, and disappointed in my lack of progress. Many times, I tried to convince myself that I'd reached my peak and that I should just stop trying. But every time I thought about settling or giving up, my dreams, ideas, my community reminded me that I am made for something more. That I was born to break to mold and change the narrative.
By doing my personal work and building a community of support, I've been able to reclaim my power and create a more abundant, expansive, and creatively aligned life. I am living out my purpose by inspiring people with my story, providing higher perspectives, and making way for more pioneers to come.
