“The Inner Work Behind the Way I Show Up on Instagram”
It took me TWO years to finish my website & 10 whole hours to finish ONE reel. And moment I finished, I started overthinking.😅 "What if I put this out there and everyone thinks I'm a fraud?"….

Let Your Art Speak
In early 2021 I conceptualized, and executive produced the visual poem/campaign Let Your Art Speak to convey the healing power of creativity for communities of color living through the oppressive nature of mental illness and systemic oppression.
This project's writing, visual and audio components communicate the value of having access to the creative arts to explore feelings and express that are more difficult to express through words. This piece inspires viewers to channel their pain and frustration into creative visions that bring about reimagination and restoration.
This work is a part of a larger portfolio project titled Mental Notes. Mental Notes documents my journey living with a mental illness.
